Tubing on Hess Lake

This weekend marked my first tubing experience. These two, Mandy and Meghan, went out on Hess Lake first. 

We initially thought they were trying to be funny with the ridiculous expressions they were making. 

It turned out they were all legitimate faces. I believe Meghan is shown yelling to slow down for the next round.

The best part? ...During their ride, we were going maybe 10 mph.

Columbus Zoo

Franklin Park Conservatory

While in Columbus this past week, my family brought me to the Franklin Park Conservatory. 

Work was on display by artist Dale Chihuly, an artist who could inspire anyone to appreciate art.

Wedding

I helped shoot my first wedding on the Fourth of July. Cristina and James, the newlyweds, 

had a beautiful ceremony and reception in Dearborn. The blue sky barely peeked out, 

but according to the bride, it was "better for pictures anyways because the sun wouldn't be in everyone's eyes."
